- Need current vaccinations: Dogs: Rabies, DA2PP (Distemper, Adenovirus, Parvo & Parainfluenza), Leptospirosis and Bordetella. Canine Influenza is strongly recommended but not required. Also required for dogs is a negative fecal within past 6 months. Cats: Rabies, FVRCP (Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis, Calicivirus, Panleukopenia)
- We ask that food is in a sealed container or sealed bag, labeled with your pet’s name (no large bags of food that the food came in from the store) & all medication is in its original container with the prescription label attached.
