Boarding Policies & Requirements
To ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of all boarding guests, please review the following policies and requirements.
- Mandatory Capstar (kills fleas)
- Medication administration (if needed)
- Separate feeding arrangements upon request
- Additional care for puppies under 6 months
- Property destruction fees may apply for damage to hospital property
- Holiday boarding fees may apply
- All dogs must be up to date on the following vaccinations:
- Rabies
- DA2PP (Distemper, Adenovirus, Parvovirus, Parainfluenza)
- Leptospirosis
- Bordetella (Kennel Cough)
- Negative fecal test within the past 6 months
- Canine Influenza is strongly recommended but not required.
- Food must be provided in a sealed, labeled container. All medications must be in their original containers with prescription labels attached.

- Drop-off and pick-up times are Mon–Fri 8:30 AM–4:30 PM, Sat 8:30 AM–11:30 AM, and Sun 5:00 PM–6:00 PM (pick-up only).
